Machine Assembly Guide
Step 1 – Assemble the Bottom Frame
Open the Tool Kit and take out the components labeled Step 1.
Remove the following bottom frame components:
- A – Short Side Rail ×2
- B – Long Side Rail ×1
- C – Short Side Rail with Main board ×1
- D – Long Side Rail with Scale ×1
Arrange the four frame components in a clockwise layout as shown above.
Using the supplied screws from the Step 1 hardware pack, fasten the frame components together.

Note: During assembly, ensure the locating pins on Part B face outward from the frame, as shown above.
Step 2 – Assemble the X-Axis Assembly
Align the side rails of the bottom frame with the V-wheels on both sides of the X-axis assembly, then carefully slide the frame into place.

Important:
The X-axis limit switch and the protruding locating pin must be on the same side, as shown above.
Step 3 – Install the Support Feet
Take the Step 2 Hardware Pack. Install the four support feet in the positions shown above, then tighten the supplied screws securely.

Important:
Make sure the machine is level after assembly. If the frame is uneven, loosen the frame screws, realign the frame, and retighten the screws. An uneven frame may affect engraving accuracy. If engraved lines are not straight or circles fail to close properly, first check that the machine is level.
Step 4 – Install the Belts
Take the belts, M5 × 8 screws, and gaskets from Step 3. Install the belts as shown above, making sure each belt passes through the pulley before securing it to the frame.

💡Tip:
If you have difficulty feeding the belt through the pulley, fold the end of the belt slightly to help guide it through. If additional clearance is needed, you can use the included wrench to help position and feed the belt through the pulley.
Important:
For proper engraving accuracy, the belts must be under correct tension.
- Secure one end of the belt first.
- Move the X-axis assembly to the C end of the frame.
- Pull the opposite end of the belt taut before tightening the screw.
- Ensure there is no visible slack in the belt after installation.
Step 5 – Install the Laser Module and Connect the Cables
Match the numbered labels and connect each cable. Then secure the cables with the cable ties.
Organize the cables to prevent them from interfering with the machine's movement.
Step 6 – Set the Laser Focus
Take out the Focus Gauge and place it beneath the laser head. Lower the laser head until it just touches the gauge, then tighten the laser head. Use the correct focus height for your laser module.

💡Focus Height
- 7W Laser Module: 4 mm
- 12W Laser Module: 4 mm
- 22W Laser Module: 5 mm
