Make sure you perform a Homing cycle before starting. Verify that your software's work area dimensions match your specific model (T1, U1, or A4), and check that no physical debris is blocking the limit switches.
Place your material under the laser head, use the included focus block to set the proper height, and tighten the thumbscrew. Always put on your safety goggles before running any test fire or job.
You can install the drivers directly through your engraving software or download the driver installer package from our website and run it manually.
First, install the CH340 driver. Then, verify that the correct COM port is selected and the baud rate is set to 115200. For a stable connection, plug the USB cable directly into your computer's port rather than using an unpowered USB hub.
We fully support LightBurn (macOS / Windows / Linux), LaserGRBL (Windows only), CutLabX (optimized for U1), and the MKS Laser App (iOS / Android Wi-Fi control).
Step-by-step assembly, belt tensioning, cable management, and running your very first test file on the A4.
GuideLearn how to set up your ARTILUME laser with the Mini Rotary attachment to engrave tumblers, mugs, and cylindrical objects.
