Some awards are announced after the submission period ends because metrics require a fair performance observation period.

ARTILUME Creator Challenge rewards genuine creativity and genuine community engagement.
The following are prohibited:
• Purchased views
• Purchased Likes
• Purchased Comments
• Bots
• Fake Accounts
• Artificial Engagement
• Engagement Manipulation
• Stolen Content
• Copyright Infringement
ARTILUME may verify suspicious traffic or engagement metrics before confirming winners.
Entries linked to artificially manipulated engagement may be removed from performance-based awards or disqualified from the challenge.

are subjective awards evaluated by a panel of judges.
Each reviewer grades eligible entries independently.
Final results are based on the average score.
Where scores are tied, ARTILUME may consider:
o Creativity
o Content Quality
o ARTILUME Integration
as tie-breaking factors.

Selected subjective award winners may be featured with a short commentary highlighting what made their project stand out.

For this month's challenge:
Limited to the first 200 eligible creators.
After eligibility is verified, ARTILUME will contact eligible participants with instructions for redeeming their reward.
WINNER FULFILLMENT PROCESS
Selected winners will be contacted through the email address submitted with their entry or via official ARTILUME social accounts.
Winners may be asked to provide information necessary to verify eligibility and deliver their prize.
Prize process steps:

If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the requested period, or cannot receive the selected prize, ARTILUME may select another eligible winner or provide an alternative prize where appropriate.
Physical prize delivery times may vary:

Where necessary, ARTILUME may substitute a prize with an item of equal value or cash equivalent value.
Items cannot be redeemed for cash.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to be a professional maker?
No.
ARTILUME Creator Challenge is open to creators of all skill levels and experience levels.
Great ideas can come from beginners, hobbyists, makers, small businesses and experienced creators.
Can I submit more than one project?
Yes.
You may submit multiple different projects during the monthly challenge.
Each unique project is evaluated separately.
Can I post the same project on multiple social platforms?
Yes.
Cross-platform sharing is encouraged.
However, the same project still counts as one Project Entry.
Can one project win more than once?
Yes.
One project may receive up to two project awards.
Participation Rewards do not count toward this limit.
Can I win every week?
A creator can receive up to one weekly award per week.
You may enter again with another unique project the following week.
Does follower count determine the winners?
No.
Different award categories evaluate different qualities.
Some focus on performance, while others focus on creativity, video quality, or creator potential.
How is engagement verified?
ARTILUME may request additional platform insights from shortlisted creators when platform metrics are not publicly visible.
When will winners be announced?
Weekly winners are announced after the applicable evaluation period via the website / email.
Some final monthly awards and grand winners may take up to two weeks to be announced during the first week of the following month.
How will I receive my Participation Reward?
After your submission is verified, eligible creators will receive instructions by email.
You can choose between an ARTILUME Material Pack or a $10 ARTILUME Coupon, subject to availability and campaign terms.
What happens if a prize isn't compatible with my machine?
ARTILUME may offer alternative compatible prizes from available inventory.
What if ARTILUME cannot ship a prize to my location?
Where reasonable, an equivalent digital coupon or alternative prize may be offered if ARTILUME cannot ship to a location.

You retain ownership of your original content.
By entering the ARTILUME Creator Challenge, you agree that ARTILUME may feature submitted content in connection with the Challenge, including for promotional, recap, social media, and marketing purposes.
