Warranty Policy

I. Limited Warranty

How to obtain service: If your product does not work properly during the warranty period, please email us at support@artilume.com.

*Please include a valid purchase order number or proof of purchase in your email.

After-Sales Processing

Artilume will first attempt to solve your problem through remote assistance (email or video chat). If unresolved, you may need to send the product to our local repair center. Within the warranty period, Artilume will repair or replace the product for free.

This warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Products or parts whose warranty has expired.
  • Purchases through unauthorized channels or resold items.
  • Normal discoloration, wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, storage, or external factors (drops, crashes, water intrusion, insect infestation).
  • Unauthorized installation, repairs, or modifications.
  • Damage from failure to follow the official manual.
  • Products without a valid receipt or identification information.
  • Issues caused by non-standard software or third-party parts.
  • Damage during transit back for repair.

II. Replacement Service

Within 7 Days

Free replacement for manufacturing defects or missing parts. Artilume covers two-way shipping.

Within 30 Days

Entitled to paid replacement. Subject to return shipping costs + 15% restocking fee.

After 30 Days

Subject to return shipping costs + 30% restocking fee.

*Products exceeding 3 months from receipt are no longer eligible for replacement.

Note: Warranty starts from the date of receipt. Laser power decrease over time is considered normal and depends on usage frequency.

IV. Special Notes

  • International Shipping: For products purchased in China but taken abroad, Artilume bears the freight for receiving the unit; customers bear the return freight after repair.
  • Refurbished Items: Used/refurbished products have the same warranty as new products but cannot be returned.
  • Responsibility: Artilume is only responsible for the product loss during the transit/repair handled by Artilume.

UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW, Artilume shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages. This policy is subject to local consumer laws.
