I loved that it took maybe 15 mins to unpack and start printing. It was easy to load a photo and print. I wish it had a few walkthrough tasks to to use it. Like resizing and getting the most from it. I also wish I had bought a 7W or larger even.

This was very easy to use from unboxing to creation. The app is very nice, flows well, though a few things are in Chinese, its still easy to understand what they are. I bought the gold with the case, I plan on taking it to shows and doing custom design work for clients, so the size of this is perfect for that.

This is a perfect ladder engraver for a newbie like me. It was super easy to set up and I was able to start testing within minutes. Make sure to well ventilate your area since it does not have a cover. I had to move to my garage. That is the ONLY downfall. Other than that, love it!
